The high-quality hollow handle knives are always composed from two parts, with this cutlery from the blade and the handle from stainless w/ gold accents. monobloc knives are made out of one piece of chrome steel free of nickel. With these knives no joint is visible between blade and handle. Picard & Wielpuetz Modena in stainless w/ gold accents is highly polished.
