Ercuis Apostrophe cutlery in stainless

Today, Anne-Sophie Pic presents her own cutlery line designed for her three-star restaurant in Valence in south-eastern France. In order to design and produce this individual set of solid steel cutlery, she teamed up with designers Catherine and Bruno Lefebvre and Ercuis, the prestigious silverware producer. Nine pieces invented for the pursuit of gastronomic pleasures, corresponding perfectly with Anne-Sophie Pic's cuisine. Every one has been designed with an elegant, feminine touch―fitting neatly in the hand and on the edge of the plate. The soufflé spoon―the chef's particular favourite―is a versatile piece that can be used as a dessert spoon or jam spoon.
