140 years after the opening of its first silver workshop Robbe & Berking is re-launching its anniversary cutlery Robbe & Berking Hermitage in 2014 – a design which is one of the most traditional and most beautiful of this long-established manufactory. A classic pattern that lives up to its name. Stroke by stroke the silversmith’s hammer creates a cutlery surface that reflects the light myriad times. The contemplator has the impression he would stand at the pinnacle of a mountain and is overlooking sunlit and glittering mountain ranges.

This cutlery is made out of
massive 925/ººº real silver in Germany. Since pure silver is a quite soft material, Hermitage includes 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper . On base of massive silver ornaments and decors can be worked out precisely. The quality is guaranteed by the assaying of Germany and from Robbe & Berking .

knives with a hollow handle . Knives with a hollow handle have a blade of special steel which is clearly sharper than a blade from an simple chrome steel. The high-quality hollow handle knives are always composed from two parts, with this cutlery from the blade and the handle from sterling silver .
