can be delivered with 2 different knife types: monobloc knives are made out of one piece of chrome steel free of nickel. With these knives no joint is visible between blade and handle. steel handle knives from Picard & Wielpuetz have a blade of special steel which is welded to a handle from 18/10 stainless. These knives are an inexpensive compromise with better blades than monobloc knives.. Picard & Wielpuetz Portofino in stainless is partial matte. The timeless cutlery offers a big extent additional available individual parts: from soup ladle to coffee spoon, from salad set to vegetable serving spoon.
