This pattern takes its name from the town of Albi, which is situated between Bordeaux and Toulouse. Here we find the famous fortified cathedral of Albi. The pure straight lines of the nave inspired this pattern. This is a pattern which defies time and changing fashions. It will enhance the quality of any table and any style of porcelain. This cutlery is made out of
massive 925/ººº real silver in France. Since pure silver is a quite soft material, Albi includes 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. On base of massive silver ornaments and decors can be worked out precisely. The quality is guaranteed by the assaying of France and from Christofle.
Christofle Albi has knives with
a hollow handle. Knives with a hollow handle have a blade of special steel which is clearly sharper than a blade from an simple chrome steel. The high-quality hollow handle knives are always composed from two parts, with this cutlery from the blade and the handle from sterling. Christofle Albi in sterling is highly polished. The classical cutlery meets all the wishes with the extent of his additional parts: from soup ladle to mocha spoon, from bouillon cream spoon to vegetable serving spoon.
